Set up a service call. Kind of a pain to line up an appointment time to match their once every two weeks visit on a Wednesday with my schedule to be home. So a month goes by with a system in bypass. Then Andrew shows up today with a great attitude and very informative, letting me know all the details does a quick check of all the systems and gets me a quote. Very professional technician that is knowledgeable in his line of work. This service is what keeps me coming back but dang waiting a month is frustrating.

Moore Water tech Andrew came out to service our system today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing, answered all my questions. I would also like to note that he was extremely patient with our three-year-old that thought she needed to supervise and was very curious. He answered all her questions also.
